360 Wellness Check- Our Comprehensive Health Exam

You can think of the 360 Wellness Check program as your personal executive health assessment!  This visit is appropriate for anyone looking to improve their health. 

You will spend 90 minutes, one-on-one with Dr. Mittal to take a deep-dive into your health.  This visit goes beyond your annual physical examination, as we will spend time on a comprehensive lifestyle, nutrition and medical assessment.  Additionally, a body composition analysis with InBody 570 is performed to help define health, weight and body composition goals.  Based on your medical issues, and health goals and assessment, labs are ordered to assess heart disease risk, kidney function, liver function, thyroid function, insulin resistance, electrolytes, vitamin levels, cholesterol abnormalities and inflammation.  Cost of labs is billed through your health insurance.  We offer cash pay option as well.  EKG screening is also performed.  You will receive nutrition counseling and recommendations on how to optimize your health.  

A follow up phone consultation is included to review labs, make additional recommendations, and make referrals to appropriate specialists as needed.  You are provided with a health summary report with all findings and recommendations.
