This program is for continuation of services for patients typically once they have completed an ongoing monthly visit program. For some individuals, based on our assessment, some may be able to go to this program from their Foundation month

• Inbody 570 body composition analysis at visits
• Physician communication between visits
• Bi-weekly remote health coaching
